Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival
  • A 30-day notice is required for all reservation cancellations once a reservation has begun

House Rules

  • Pets are not permitted. If an unauthorized animal is found on the property, a $300 fine will be charged to the guest per unauthorized animal. Any service animal or emotional support animal must be disclosed to Capital Investment Realty LLC prior to booking. All animals must have a completed and approved pet profile when the reservation is made. The profile can be completed at https://cir-mo.petscreening.com.
  • Guests are responsible for all damages that occur on the property and will be charged for damages accordingly.
  • If Capital Investment Realty LLC enforces any provision of this agreement through court action, then in addition to any damages or equitable relief, the Guest will pay Capital Investment Realty's costs and expenses of litigation, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees. This provision shall survive any termination of this reservation.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Capital Investment Realty and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on CapitalInvestmentRealtyLLC.holidayfuture.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Capital Investment Realty for your own personal use subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Capital Investment Realty
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Capital Investment Realty
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Capital Investment Realty
